Having your roof inspected by one of our Professionally Trained Project Managers is crucial after any hail or wind storm. There could be unnoticeable damage that could put the whole structure of your home in jeopardy - from water leaks to a total loss. We will make sure everything is correctly assesed and addresed to give you your well-deserved Peace of Mind.

If one or our Project Managers are able to spot any damage we will let you know immediately and we will mitigate any damage you may have to your property until we are able to fully assist you in the process of getting you a New Roof, or scheduling a Repair for you.

The whole process is very Simple and strictly Tailored to your roofing needs and schedule.

1. Free Roof Inspection

If your area has suffered a hail or wind storm, or you think it is time to have the structure of your property inspected; just give us a call or complete our contact form. One of our Project Managers will come to your property at the time of your most convenience to asses the property. If damage is found we will take pictures and document all evidence on your behalf.

2. File Insurance Claim & Adjuster Meeting

Once the inspection has been completed and the scope of the damage has been fully explained to you, you will contact your insurance company to file a claim for storm damage. The insurance company will set a date and time for your adjuster to come inspect the property, which you will let us know so we can have one of our Project Managers on site to meet with him and make sure all the storm damage in your property is accounted for. (Storm caused Insurance claims will NOT raise your premium).

Please keep track of the insurance claim number, claim manager contact information, adjustment time and adjuster contact information so we can send all photos, scopes of work and estimates to your insurance company. Once you have received the insurance company's estimate and claim update please upload it here, or contact us so we can review it.

3. Roof Installation

We will assist you in every way you need us when dealing with your insurance company. Once your insurance company has reviewed and approved your claim we will sit down and talk about the specifics of the scope of your project so we can address all your needs and wants, and go over any work orders and pre roofing expectations that you may have.

It's NEW ROOF DAY!

On the morning of the installation, our supply manufacturer will deliver all the materials needed for the build . Once we are all set up, we will start removing everything from the old roof to its bear decking to be able to start installing your brand new roof

We will work throughout out the day installing and fitting all parts of the build to make sure everything on the scope of work is completed.

4. Final Inspection

Once the built is completed and all the excess materials are removed from your property, we will conduct a final assessment to verify everything is correctly installed and up to your expectations.
