Expert Roof Replacement in Arlington, TX

Arlington sits in one of North Texas's most active hail corridors. Spring and summer storms bring hail, high winds, and heavy rain that chip away at roofing systems year after year. When repairs are no longer enough, a full roof replacement protects your home from the inside out. At Collective Roofing, we handle the complete process: roof inspection, old material removal, deck assessment, underlayment, and new roof installation. We work with Arlington homeowners whose roofs show granule loss in gutters, cracked or curling shingles, water stains on ceilings, or visible impact damage after a storm. Arlington's intense summer heat also accelerates shingle aging, which means older roofs can fail sooner than expected. Whether your roof took a hit from a recent storm or has simply reached the end of its life, we give you a clear assessment and a straight path forward. Call Collective Roofing to schedule your inspection in Arlington.

Roof Replacement FAQ

Common questions about roof replacement in Arlington, TX.

A full replacement is typically needed when damage covers a large portion of the roof, the decking is compromised, or the roof is near the end of its service life. Collective Roofing inspects Arlington homes and gives you a clear repair-versus-replace recommendation based on what we actually find.

Not always, but hail damage in Arlington is often more widespread than it looks from the ground. A professional inspection tells you whether the impact is isolated or has weakened the full roofing system.

We start with a full inspection, then remove the old roofing material, check the decking for damage, install underlayment, and complete the new roof installation. Every step is handled by our crew so Arlington homeowners know exactly what is being done to their home.

Many Arlington homeowners insurance policies cover roof replacement when damage is caused by hail or wind. We document the damage thoroughly so you have what you need when working with your insurance company.

Look for granules collecting in your gutters, cracked or missing shingles, water stains on interior ceilings, or visible dents on flashing after a storm. Any of these signs in your Arlington home are worth a professional inspection before the damage spreads.

Arlington's combination of intense summer heat, UV exposure, spring hailstorms, and high winds puts constant stress on roofing materials. Shingles that have already lost granules or taken hail bruising are far more vulnerable when the next storm hits.

Jordi handled the entire process with complete professionalism. He explained every detail of what to expect from Collective Roofing. The workers arrived early and stayed late until the job was completely finished. Afterwards, the crew thoroughly cleaned up around the property. The following day, Jordi did a detailed inspection to ensure everything was perfect and to my satisfaction. If you're particular about projects on your home, I promise you won't be disappointed with these guys!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I couldn’t be happier with the work done on my roof. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. They kept the area clean throughout the project and finished exactly when they said they would. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and my roof looks fantastic. They clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows. Communication was clear, questions were answered honestly, and I felt confident every step of the way. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work—excellent service, great results, and a team you can trust.

I was referred to Collective Roofing though my realtor (who also had a roof done) after a hail storm went through the area. As a new investor and property owner I had not had a roof replaced before through an insurance claim (or otherwise) so there was a learning curve. Jordi did a great job working with me through the whole process. Even though this was for an investment property I was very picky on shingle type/color and Jordi was patient with me. We had to work with scheduling times that worked with the tenants/property manager, and a material shortage for light colored shingles didn't help things. The crew showed up on time/early and it only took a day for the whole roof to be replaced (on an 1800 sq ft house) and it looks great. All of the shingles are perfectly straight and the yard was spotless when they were done. No trash or nails left behind. Jordi was flexible with his gutter installer so I could paint the house just before gutters were put on. I was able to see up close while painting the trim that there was attention to detail in making sure everything was sealed even in the hard to reach areas of the roof. When the work was done Jordi worked with the insurance adjuster to send the completion docs. I can recommend Collective Roofing to anyone and will gladly work with Jordi again on the next roof I need replaced!
